Eligible returns must be requested within 30 days and approved before items are shipped back.

PMU machines include a 1 year limited warranty for approved warranty issues.

Returns

Return Policy

Hyper PMU Shop accepts approved eligible returns within 30 days. Items must be reviewed and approved by support before being shipped to our return address.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Approval is required before sending any item back.

20% restocking fee

Approved eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Inspection before refund

Returned items may be inspected before a refund is issued. Items that do not meet eligibility requirements may be declined.

Non-Returnable Items

Because PMU products are used in professional beauty and procedure settings, certain items cannot be returned once opened, used, or accessed.

Opened needles

Opened needle products are non-returnable.

Used cartridges

Used cartridges cannot be returned or refunded.

Disposable items

Disposable products are non-returnable once opened or used.

Digital course / Skool access

Digital course and Skool access are non-refundable once access is granted.

Warranty

PMU Machine Limited Warranty

PMU machines purchased from Hyper PMU Shop include a 1 year limited warranty for approved warranty issues. Warranty review and repair instructions must be confirmed by support before shipping a machine for service.

Approved repair under 6 months

For approved warranty repairs under 6 months from purchase, Hyper covers the repair shipping fees.

Course & Skool Access

Digital products are handled differently from physical goods because access is delivered electronically.

Non-refundable after access

Digital course and Skool access are non-refundable once access is granted.

Checkout email

The course invite is sent to the email used at Shopify checkout. Please make sure your checkout email is correct.

Do not ship returns or warranty repairs without approval. This helps us match your item to your order and provide the correct next steps.

2. Wait for instructions

Our team will review your request and confirm whether the return or warranty repair is approved.

3. Ship only after approval

If approved, ship to the address provided below and include enough order information for us to identify your package.
