RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Hyper Microblading. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.

RETURN WINDOW

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To request a return, you must contact us first at:

Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Complete with all included accessories, manuals, cables, and packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned once opened, used, or removed from sealed packaging:

  • Needle cartridges

  • Opened U14 needle boxes

  • Used or opened disposable accessories

  • Used practice-related consumables

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modification

  • Items returned without approval

Machine returns may be accepted only if the machine is unused, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or video of the issue

  • A photo of the shipping label and packaging

  • A description of the issue

We will review the case and may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.

Approved returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

RESTOCKING FEE

Approved non-defective returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

This fee helps cover inspection, handling, payment processing, packaging, and restocking costs.

Original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and any payment processing fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Refunds may be reduced by:

  • Restocking fees

  • Missing accessories

  • Damaged packaging

  • Used or opened items

  • Return shipping costs

  • Original outbound shipping or handling costs where applicable

EXCHANGES

We do not guarantee direct exchanges.

If you need a different item, please contact us first. If your return is approved, you may place a new order after the return is processed.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled only before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return after delivery if the item qualifies under this policy.

FREE TRAINING COURSE ACCESS

Some products may include free access to the Hyper Microblading training course as a bonus.

Course access is provided as a promotional bonus and has no cash value. Course access is non-refundable and non-transferable.

If a product is returned or refunded, access to the bonus course may be removed.

CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

We are committed to helping resolve order issues quickly and fairly.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened with your bank or payment provider, the order may be handled through the dispute process. Refunds, returns, or replacements may be paused until the dispute is resolved.

We reserve the right to submit order records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, product details, customer communication, and policy acceptance as evidence in response to any chargeback or payment dispute.
